4:19pm Fri 9 Apr 10: Good play by Harriers. John Finnigan finds Lloyd Kerry on the right. His looping cross is headed behind by Chris Swailes. Unfortunately, Harriers can't make the corner tell.

4:02pm Fri 9 Apr 10: How did Chris McPhee miss that? Brian Smikle passes to McPhee, who has been stripped of captaincy today for Lee Baker, but he misses the ball completely. Martin Riley's effort is charged down.

3:40pm Fri 9 Apr 10: Strong break by Harriers go to waste. Lloyd Kerry races onto a John Finnigan slide-rule pass. He squares it to the strong running Chris McPhee but his first touch takes it away from goal and the chance to fire in a shot goes away.

3:30pm Fri 9 Apr 10: Let off for Harriers. Peter Winn slides a shot across the face of goal with just Ross Atkins to beat. The visitors were sliced open down the right, with Andy Parkinson providing a good ball to his fellow wideman.

3:25pm Fri 9 Apr 10: Robbie Matthews comes close for Harriers. James Lawrie cuts the ball back to Matthews but his shot bounces off Chris Swailes, who stayed close to him.

3:24pm Fri 9 Apr 10: Neat Harriers play doesn't come off. James Lawrie backheels the ball to Lloyd Kerry who's shot is blocked.

3:20pm Fri 9 Apr 10: Peter Winn's raking shot from the edge of the area skids past Ross Atkins' left-hand post.

3:19pm Fri 9 Apr 10: Harriers defender another corner, Gateshead's fifth. This time it's played short and Peter Winn drives in from the right and blazes very wide.

3:17pm Fri 9 Apr 10: Chris McPhee heads a fine Andy Parkinson cross over the bar from close range. He was neatly played in by Phil Turnbull.

3:14pm Fri 9 Apr 10: John Finnigan's presence in the team is huge. He wins the ball and spreads it left to Lee Baker, who sends in a crossfield ball into the box. Robbie Matthews reads it well and stretches out a long leg but the ball just evades him.

3:10pm Fri 9 Apr 10: First scare for Harriers, albeit a small one. From a corner, Chris Swailesm header goes through a crowded box before being cleared.

3:06pm Fri 9 Apr 10: Jack Byrne is still searching for his first Harriers goal. This time he tries from distance but his effort flies over the bar.

3:01pm Fri 9 Apr 10: Gateshead make a blistering start. Craig Baxter's free-kick 30-yards out is blocked but his follow up effort deflects wide for a corner. Peter Winn's delivery is headed behind for a second but this time Lloyd Kerry heads the danger away.
