4:57pm

It is over! Harriers stormed back from a slow start to win emphatically. Lee Vaughan was deservedly named man of the match but there were a lot do good performances by Reds players.

That sets up Tuesday night's top five clash at Newport County. Thanks for everything, have a fine evening.

4:48pm

Final Harriers change as Mike Williams replaces the excellent Danny Jackman.

4:47pm

Lovely goal. A good run and cross by Lee Vaughan down the right and an unmarked Gash hangs in the air to head home his second of the game.

4:45pm

Goal! Gash! Harriers 4-1 up!

4:44pm

Good attendance today of 2,392 with 143 Tamworth fans.

4:42pm

80- Bit of a scrum from a Tamworth corner but after some head tennis, Ryan Rowe clears.

4:40pm

77- Ryan Rowe beats the keeper to the ball but instead of turning and shooting he is indecisive and shepherd out by the away defence.

4:37pm

Another change for Lambs as Tommy Wright comes off to be replaced by Danny Lloyd.

4:35pm

Second change for Harriers in the 73rd minute as Marvin Johnson replaces Danny Pilkington.

4:35pm

Danny Lewis gets a hand to a header at the far post.

4:32pm

70- Harriers playing some lovely stuff now and Keith Briggs sees a lovely chipped effort fly just over the bar.

4:29pm

66- First change for Tamworth as Darren Byfield, who has just picked up a booking, is replaced by Jake Hessenthaler.

4:24pm

Substitute Ryan Rowe replaces Anthony Malbon on the hour mark and with his first touch forces Breeden into a fine save.

4:23pm

51- Adam Cunnington looks dangerous for away side. He shoots just wide after a slip by Gowling.

4:19pm

Danny Jackman delivers a fine free-kick from the left and Gash makes it two goals in the starts for Harriees when he heads home.

4:18pm

4:14pm

52- Tamworth trying to get back into game. Tommy Wright sees an overhead kick easily saved by Lewis.

4:11pm

50- Delay in play as Sam Odje needs treatment for an injury.

4:09pm

47- Tamworh force a corner. But the set piece is headed away.

3:50pm

That is the break! Harriers have been forced to work hard by Tamworth but as soon as they equalised the game changed. Danny Pilkington made a difference when he switched from right to left.

3:48pm

48- Free kick to Harriers. Goal! Danny Pilkington!

3:47pm

I forgot to mention that Michael Wylde was booked just after Harriers scored. He was complaining to referee about not getting  the ball back quickly enough.

3:45pm

Four minutes of added time.

3:43pm

42- The goal has rejuvenated Harriers. Michael Gash feels he is fouled in box by Odje and Vincent slams an effort over the bar. Gash  is convinced it was a penalty but the referee is not having it.

3:40pm

3:37pm

Harriers conjure up a goal out of nothing. Pilkington crossed from the left and Lee Vaughan smashed a shot in which the keeper saves. Briggs is unmarked and slams ball into back of the net.

3:35pm

Goal! Briggs!

3:34pm

I forgot to mention that Tommy Wrightbhas been off for a foul and returns. Dunkley is also back in action.

3:31pm

A scare for Harriers as Kyle Perry cannot quite connect with Darren Byfield's horribly wide shot.

3:31pm

Chey Dunkley is told to come off and change his top because he has a cut. Harriers temporarily down to ten men.

3:29pm

29- It is aimless stuff by both sides at the moment. Harriers are being frustrated by Tamworth and lack their usual fluency.

3:25pm

25- Danny Lewis takes a looping back pass from Lee Vaughan. There is a suggestion that the ball flew off Vaughan as he battled with Cunnington but it was risky by the keeper to catch ball.

3:23pm

23- Tamworth are looking well-drilled here. They are sitting back and trying to hit Harriers on break.

3:22pm

21- Frustration by Pilkington who lambasts lino for flagging for Lee Vaughan's pass going out of play. It had by the slimmest of margins.

3:21pm

20- Tommy Wright puts a lot of pressure on Dunkley and forces a  Lambs throw in by Harriers goal. Harriers deal with it.

3:18pm

19- Harriers have responded quite well to going behind and have applied some pressure on the away side. They are yet to really test Breeden though.

3:17pm

17- Good persistence by Chey Dunkley in midfield forces a FK after a Harriers attack is offside. Demetriou's ball goes behind as players jostle for the ball.

3:14pm

14- Some nice passing ends with a shot by Briggs from distance deflecting over the bar for a corner.

Breedem collects Jackman's corner well and ref blows for a foul. Goal kick to Lambs.

3:12pm

There was a break in play as Cunnington needed treatment for a clash of heads. He is okay to continue though.

3:09pm

10- Mickey Demetriou crosses from the left and Michael Gash tries to cushion a header goalwards but it is an easy one for Tony Breeden.

3:08pm

Sorry folks, it was Mickey Demetriou who weakly headed off the line.

3:05pm

Poor defending there as a Harriers player heads the ball off his line straight to Cunnington, who makes no mistakes from 12 yards out.

3:05pm

Goal! Adam Cunnington fires Tamworth ahead!

3:04pm

4- It is a horrible afternoon weather-wise. It is blustery and an intense shower of rain has come in.

3:01pm

2- Harriers have made a brisk start here. They have had one or two attacks already.

3:01pm

1- Danny Pilkington nearly plays in Malbon but Sam Odje just beats him to it.

2:52pm

Former Harriers keeper Tony Breeden starts for Tamworth. Tony was stand-in for Danny Lewis but became a first team regular after Lewis picked up a season ending injury.
