  • GARY Whild takes charge of his first match as Harriers boss when they tackle Wrexham this afternoon 3pm ko). Follow all the action with The Shuttle's live match updates.

It is over! Harriers could have won the game if not for the heroics of Wrexham keeper Coughlin.

The away fans at the end were still singing Gary Whild's name at full-time, so they were pleased with the performance. Harriers will be back in action against Macclesfield on at Aggborough on Tuesday night.

Harriers are rewarded a free-kick in the 94th minute on edge of box and Demetriou hammers it over the bar.

Harriers are rewarded a free-kick in the 94th minute on edge of box and Demetriou hammers it over the bar.

91- Save! Brett Ormerod pounces on a rare slip at the back and latches onto a long ball. He lets fly with a brilliant effort but Lewis does well to tip it over the bar!

86- Save! Sub Johnson makes a good run and finds Malbon, who cuts in from the left and fires in a low shot but Coughlin makes a good save.

85- Second change for Harriees as Marvin Johnson replaces Adrian Cieslewicz.

Today's attendance is 3159 with 289 away fans.

So, Harriers have extra man. Can they make it count!

Wrexham down to ten men as Andy Bishop is sent off for a second bookable offence.

77- Second change for Wrexham as Brett Ormerod replaces Anyinsah.

77- Steve Tomassen curls a speculative effort wide.

73- Lee Vaughan hammers home a firm shot but Coughlin dives down well at his near post to save.

70- First change for Dragons, as Rob Ogleby replaces Johnny Hunt.

68- Danny Lewis holds onto Anyinsah's header in a crowded box.

Goal disallowed! Gittings curls in a well-placed free-kick, Gowling heads it back across the box and the far post and AMS bundles it over the line but the flag is raised for offside!

65- AMS is fouled and Harriers are awarded a free-kick.

63- First change for Harriers as Josh O'Keefe replaces Danny Jackman.

60- Chance! Cieslewicz breaks and passes to Malbon. The striker rolls a low right-footed shot goalwards but Coughlin gets a touch and ball goes behind for corner.

Malbon heads the set piece behind for a Wrexham GK.

55- Cieslewicz makes a good run and passes to AMS in the box, he and Malbon step over ball, believing someone was making a run from the left. Unfortunately there wasn't.

55- Gittings whips in a cross from the right which Coughlin is forced to punch away.

52- Cieslewicz crosses from the right and Gittings volleys a difficult chance over the bar.

49- Harriers win a corner but Wrexham defend it well.

46- Phew! A good attack by home side. Andy Bishop is in a good central position to shoot but instead passes to Carrington and Harriers can clear.

45+1 Save! Malbon flicks the ball into the path of AMS who fires a rising shot goalwards but Coughlin spreads himself to deny him.

40- Wrexham survive an almighty goal mouth scramble from a Kyle Storer free-kick. During the melee David Artell headed the ball off the line and Anthony Malbpn had a shot blocked en masse. In the end the hosts survive.

38- A flowing move releases Vaughan down the right but his cross is too strong. Harriers have attacked with pace and desire but at the moment they lack a killer pass.

31- Another nice Kiddy move is wasted. Cieslewicz finds AMS on the left with a sweeping cross field pass. The striker slips the ball to Danny Jackman who smashes a poor shot over the bar.

29- A good break by Kiddy goes to waste. Cieslewicz breaks with pace and finds Malbon but his return pass is too long and the ball goes out for a throw in.

28- Danny Lewis gets down comfortably to deny Anyinsah.

28- AMS has a shot which keeper Coughlin saves comfortably.

25- Joe Anysinah breaks free, latches onto a long ball but as he races into the box he goes to ground under minimal contact from Josh Gowling. Much to the home crowd's displeasure no penalty is given.

24- Handbags! Kyle

Stored gets booked for squaring up to Jay Harris after the two tackled each other.

22- Morgan-Smith tries to spin and lash a shot from the left goal wards but it smashes into the hoardings.

Harriers have probably dominated possession and they are playing with great energy. They have looked dangerous down the right wing but perhaps need a bit of composure just to create something.

The wind is having an effect on free-kicks as Storer sees an effort from the right fly behind for a GK.

13- Cieslewicz's cross is blocked for a Harriers corner.

Storer's delivery is pacy and Danny Livesey heads behind but the ref blows for a foul on Wrexham's keeper.

10- Wrexham are awarded a free-kick as Storer fouls Bishop.

After some treatment the striker is okay to go on. Lewis takes Steve Tomassen's set piece comfortably.

8- Save! Lewis tips over Mark Carrington's dipping 20-yard effort after Vaughan could not clear the ball on the edge of the area.

4- Phew! Danny Lewis spills the ball but as Andy Bishop goes to fire into an empty net, Grimes makes a great block.

3- good play by the away side. Cieslewicz finds Vaughan on the right and He delivers a low cross which keeper Coughlin dives upon.

1- good start by Harriers. Former Wrexham winger tries to dribble past two defenders but is just blocked off.

The Harriers fans are making a tremendous noise and they have came out in big numbers for this afternoon's match.

Wrexham make one change as Jay Harris replaces the injured Joe Clarke.

Wrexham: Coughlin, Wright, Ashton, Livesey, Harris, Bishop, Keates, Tomassen, Hunt, Anyinsah, Carrington.

Subs: Mayebi, Ormerod, Ogleby, Evans, Artell.

Whild has made several changes from the side that lost at Cambridge. He has recalled Callum Gittings, Danny Lewis in goal, Mickey Demetriou and surprisingly Jamie Grimes.

Grimes has not started since the FA Trophy loss at Bradford Park Avenue but with injuries to Chey Dunkley and Jack Byrne, the new boss has had to make some tough decisions.

Grims looks set to play in central defence, with Demetriou as centre back and Danny Jackman in midfield.

Harriers: Lewis, L Vaughan, Storer, Malbon, Grimes, Jackman, Gittings, Morgan-Smith, Cieslewicz, Gowling.

Subs: Johnson, Rowe, N Vaughan, O'Keefe, Bell.

Earlier on former Wrexham and Harriers defender Mark Creighton was chatting with Whild and Tim Flowers. I am not sure it means anything but he is beloved by both sets of supporters.

This is a interesting match. Harriers boss Gary Whild has something to prove after being given the reins at Aggborough until the end of the season.

But he is ccertainly a sight for sore eyes for the fans. Kiddy supporters already in the ground have given the new boss a round of applause as he walks onto pitch to orchestrate the warm-up.

Caretaker manager Billy Barr also is reportedly keen to become boss permanently so he will be eager to highlight his management skills.

I have arrived! The Racecourse Ground is empty at the moment and there is a fairly strong which may affect the match.

Good afternoon Harriers fans, I will be back from 2pm with all the build-up.
