HARRIERS will be looking for just their third home win of 2014 when they welcome mid-table Macclesfield to Aggborough tomorrow night (7.45p ko).

New boss Gary Whild will want to build on Saturday's encouraging goalless draw at Wrexham.

Despite a poor run of form in the Skrill Premier, Harriers' home record is still fairly solid despite defeats to Alfreton and Dartford over the last few months.

Out of the last six home league games they have won three and drawn once.

Whild will be keen for Harriers to pick up a win to keep their play-off hopes alive.

They face a Macclesfield side who have struggled for consistency but produced a battling 1-1 at home to Grimsby on Saturday, thanks to Scott Boden's last gasp penalty.

Two players who will be looking forward to the clash will be defender Jamie Grimes and keeper Danny Lewis, who both impressed after being recalled for the Wrexham clash.

Grimes made his start for Harriers since the FA Trophy defeat to Bradford Park Avenue but a loan spell at Worcester gave his confidence a much-needed lift.

Lewis lost his position in the team after about of illness and the defeat to Gateshead.

Whild said: "At his age, Jamie ticks all the boxes to do well for himself and he just lacks belief.

"He's a lad who had a run of games and can play at this level.

"He's got the right attitude, he works hard, he listens and he's left footed.

"You have to try an give these lads some confidence."

Tonight's clash will be a chance for Kidderminster fans to welcome back two heroes.

Mark Creighton has joined Harriers' coaching staff, while striker Nick Wright has come on board on loan from Lincoln for the rest of the season.
