HARRIERS are set to sign Port Talbot forward Keyon Reffell after the 24-year-old signed a pre-contract deal.
The Welsh-born attacker, who can play on the wing or as a striker, is available to join the club in January when his international clearance comes through.
The former Cardiff City youngster has enjoyed a meteoric rise in the Welsh Premier League, impressing for Afan Lido, Carmarthen and Port Talbot.
"I'm delighted to be joining Kidderminster Harriers.
"It'll be sad to leave Port Talbot but this is my first professional contract in football so I can't wait to get started.
"I'm looking forward to working with Gary Whild, too.
"I know about his reputation for signing and developing players and it was one of the main reasons that I have joined the club.
"I played for Cardiff City's academy between the ages of 12 and 14, and have mainly played for Welsh Premier League teams since then.
"As a player I'm quick, strong and have got a bit of skill on me!"
