DISAPPOINTED Harriers manager Gary Whild has called on fans to get behind striker Reece Styche.
Styche, who joined in the summer, was booed by a section of Harriers during the 4-2 New Year's Day defeat.
The former Chasetown hitman has struggled for goals despite a series of whole hearted displays.
This is the second time Whild has came out and stood up for his players after Josh O'Keefe was the subject of criticism from some fans.
O'Keefe, who was signed by Andy Thorn, has since been sent on loan to Chester.
The Harriers manager is also concerned that the hitman's confidence will be affected by the jeers.
He said: "It was disappointing to hear the boos for Reece Styche the other day.
"Players can always have an indifferent run of form, that's part of football, but that disappoints me to hear that.
"We had it with Josh O'Keefe before and now Reece and I can tell you there are no more honest lads than those two.
"All I see are a bunch of lads working their socks off for the club."
