Fans team ready for cup defence

FOOTBALL: Harriers fans team start their defence of the IFA British Supporters’ Cup tomorrow night with a long trek north to take on the supporters of Scottish First Division side Airdrie.

A squad of 19 will set out in the morning for the match kicking-off at 6pm.

The game will be played in Airdrie’s 10,000-seater Excelsior Stadium.

Unsurprisingly both sides have never met, with the winners entertaining last year’s beaten finalists Ayr United.
