Amari Morgan-Smith helped himself to his first two goals of the season to steer Harriers to their biggest win of the campaign as they beat Forest Green 4-1 in a thrilling match at Aggborough tonight.

The expensively-assembled visitors, who are widely tipped to be in the promotion shake-up at the end of the season, took an early lead through former Aggborough favourite Matthew Barnes-Homer but were stung by a rousing fightback from the home side.

Skipper Kyle Storer headed the equaliser in the 11th minute and Harriers ran away with it with three second-half goals to power into second place in the Skrill Premier table.

Sub Jack Byrne swept them in front in the 65th minute and Morgan-Smith then added further goals with a swerving 72nd mninute shot and an an 87th minute penalty.

The match turned into a bitter affair after the break with three dismissals.

Bangura was sent off for a second booking in the 67th minute and in stoppage time home substitute James Dance and Forest Green's Racine were also given their marching orders for fighting.
