I believe there are several reasons why the attendances have fallen at Kidderminster Harriers this season: 1) Harriers have been a team which have blown hot and cold this season.

2) Where we are situated on the edge of two major cities - Wolverhampton and Birmingham, with four major teams within an half hour car ride.

3) Football is now an expensive luxury to go and watch.

I have several suggestions that may help increase attendances: 1) Buy your ticket in advance and save £5.

2) Kids for a quid with a full paying adult, with one adult allowed to bring in three children.

3) Buy three consecutive home game tickets and get a fourth for free.

4) Mini-season tickets and cheaper family ticket prices.

5) Moving games to Friday nights or Sundays to make sure the club isn't competing with our bigger neighbours.

6) Reduce the prices of shirts to increase sales and generate more money.

7) Open a shop in town to sell tickets and merchandise.

8) Team up with the Wolves, Villa and Albion in a bid to try and attract their fans to Aggborough. Entice their season ticket holders or club members who live in Worcestershire with reduced ticket prices.

9) If Harriers get into the top six next season increase the ticket price by £1 as long as they remain there.
