Goals on the Cards at Woking

5:34pm Friday 25th April 2008

GOAL-hungry Harriers will be aiming to end the season strongly in the Blue Square Premier away at Woking on Saturday.

Mark Yates' side are in fine scoring form away from home, banging in 14 in their last four matches on their travels.

In contrast 17th placed Woking, who parted with manager Frank Kelly earlier in April, have the joint poorest home scoring record in the league.

Harriers will also be aiming to build on Tuesday night's 4-1 rout of Burton at Aggborough and enhance their chances of finishing in the top ten.

Depending on results in the league Harriers could finish as high as eighth place on 70 points, which which would be higher than last season's tenth place finish.

"We want to end the season well and get to 70 points, which would show we have progressed," said Yates.

Yates expects to have striker Iyseden Christie, who came off on Tuesday night after being hit in the mouth, and left-back Alex Jeannin, who was unwell, to be available.

Woking technical director Colin Lippiat, who has taken the management reigns, may be without defender Damian Batt because of a groin injury.

Centreback Tom Hutchison will miss the game with tedonitis in his knee, while striker Jason Norville is missing with an ankle ligament problem.

Shuttle On-Line will have team line-ups and live match updates from 5.15pm onwards.
