Winger commits to Harriers
New deal: Brian Smikle.
New deal: Brian Smikle.

WINGER Brian Smikle has signed a one-year contract to keep him at Harriers for another season.

The 22-year-old will have a third season at Aggborough after joining from West Browich Albion in the summer of 2006.

Smikle, a former Hereford and Halifax loanee, has made a total of 68 appearances during his first two terms - almost half in each.

"I'm ever so glad to be here and have a new deal," said Smikle "I'm looking forward to getting started on the new season and I'm definitely looking forward to fighting for a starting place more regularly and get more starts in the team."
