MIDFIELDER Russ Penn has been selected for England C's squad for the Four Nationals tournament at the end of May.

Penn, who has played in England's last two games, has had his good end of season form recognised by manager Paul Fairclough.

England will play Scotland, hosts Wales and Gibraltar in the tournament.

They kick-off the tournament at Colwyn Bay's Llanelian Road ground on Tuesday, May 20 (7pm kick-off) against Gibraltar.

England take on Scotland two days later, before taking on the hosts at Belle Vue Park, Rhyl on Saturday, May 24.

He has also been nominated for the Blue Square Premier's player of the month for April.

A series of consisent performances and his four-goal brace against Halifax at the Shay Stadium have seen the 22-year-old nominated alongside Cambridge's Danny Potter, Oxford's Yemi Odubade, Burton striker Shaun Harrard and Exeter's Dean Moxey.
