STOURPORT Swifts manager Neil Hunt has wasted no time strengthening his squad by adding three new faces.
The former Malvern Town chief has been reunited with ex-Kiddeminster Harriers and Worcester City hitman Mark Shepherd.
Midfielder Justin Ballinger and Andy Chalmers, who both played under Hunt at Malvern, have also joined the Walshes Meadow club.
Hunt is eager to turn Swifts into a side capable of challenging in the top half of the BGB Southern League Midlands Division One next season and has a long list of targets he would like to bring in.
Bromsgrove Rovers midfielder Sam Alsop and Bishops Cleeve striker Luke Corbett are top of his wish-list of players he would like to sign.
"I have spoken to Sam about coming to the club," said Hunt.
"He's had a great season at Bromsgrove Rovers and we want to show that Stourport Swifts is going in the right direction.
"I'm waiting to hear back from Sam - it's up to him."
Hunt is unwilling to release any players from his squad until he has brought in some new faces.
"Until I have got the players I want I won't be letting any of the current squad go," he added.
