RUNNING: A big turn-out from Amazing Feet took part in the Dudley Kingswinford 10 kilometre mid-week road race.
Twenty-nine members from the club took part in the event, which is the largest mid-week road race in the Midlands, with over 1000 athletes completing the course through country lanes.
Ellie Hooper was Running Feet's star of the night, winning the F50 age category and finishing in a time of 48mins and 57 secs in 321st place overall.
Craig Bone was runner-up in the M45 section in 38-30 (coming 34th overall) and David Whymant was second in the M60 group, securing 101st place overall in 42-21.
Simon Gregg was back in action over the weekend, recording 43-37 at the Market Drayton 10km race, finishing 123rd out of 733 finishers.
Rachel Ward continued her preparations for the World Sprint Tri Championships in Canada later in the year by finishing 17th at the Stafford Triathlon in a time of 77-18 and securing second in the F45 age section.
