MEMBERS of Wyre Forest Trampoline Club had an excellent start to the competitive season at Stockland Green Leisure Centre in Erdington with many making their regional competition debut.

In grade I, Millie-Ann Hall, Millie Gardner and Holly Rowsell competed in the under-11s girls section, with all three finishing both the set and voluntary routine.

Imogen Priscott also competed well in the under-13s girls, gaining fifth place and a score of 44.20, while Andrew Parkes competed exceptionally in his first competition to win with a score of 47.30.

The five all progressed to grade H to earn more difficult routines.

Meanwhile, a successful display by Erin Bell secured promotion from level H to G.

In grade G, Ella Manning and Maisie Maund completed both routines impressively and finished in the top 10.

Anna Vesper, Georgina Knott and Lucy Blount missed out on their 45.00 point target, with Vesper scoring 44.10, Knott making 36.60 and Blount recording 44.30.

Gemma Rowsell made her debut at grade F and set a personal best score of 45.50, while Sophie Gardner also had a superb competition to take second and earn a promotion to the next level.

Lauren Bell, Jolie Lisle and Emily Connolly all competed in the under-15 girls grade F team.

Lisle had her best competition so far, winning her age group and gaining a personal best and qualification score of 47.50. Bell and Connolly also competed superb routines helping the team win first place.

Eleanor Shepherd made her debut at grade E and performed both her set and voluntary routines to a very high standard to record a personal best score of 48.40, although she just missed out on qualification to level D and came fourth.
