KSAC runners enjoy Hair Raiser experience

ATHLETICS: Members of Kidderminster and Stourport AC took on the 6.43-mile off-road race around the footpaths, fields and lanes of Kingswood at the March Hair Raiser.
First home for the club was Mike Lambert (26th overall) in a time of 45 minutes, 48 seconds.
He was followed by Neil Kirk (34th, 47.13), John Amos (36th, 47.51), Roger Carter (47th, 49.55) Selina Topham (62nd, 52.52), Christine Sedman-Smith (68th, 54.17, 1st FV65), Mick Hudson (86th, 58.34) and Pam Manning (112th, 1.07.12).
Claire Pawson, who is training for the London Marathon, competed in the Droitwich half marathon and achieved a personal best time of 1.44.07.
