TENNIS: Kidderminster are celebrating Great British Tennis Weekend with an open day on Sunday at 1pm.
Members of the public are invited to dust off their tennis shoes and come along for some free expert coaching from club coach Tony Wright.
Plenty of racquets available.
The club is located in Baxter Gardens Park, which is opposite the entrance to Holy Trinity School on the Birmingham Road in Kidderminster.
SWIMMING: Eighty-five members of Wyre Forest took part in the Inter Club Gala.
The final team scores: 1 Georgia’s Gorgeous Goldfish (Lane 1) — 264; 2 Bonjo’s Blue Blistering Baracles (Lane 4) — 232; Sam’s Supersonic Salmon (Lane 2) — 228; 4 Helena’s Happy Halibuts (Lane 3) — 221; 5 Barros’s Ballistic Barracudas (Lane 5) — 210.
