WYRE Forest started their 2015 league campaign impressively with victory at the Ross PGL League in Bromsgrove.

The club enjoyed an emphatic start with four wins in the first six races.

Wyre Forest notched up 19 wins, 15 runners-up places and also picked up five speeding tickets.

In the end they recorded 155 points, just eight ahead of second-placed Worcester, while Evesham were fourth and Cheltenham fifth.

From the 132 swims in the gala, the team racked up 90 personal best times.

There were also 18 swimmers who made their debut, with the likes of Bradley Baddams and Harrison Churchley doing well.
