MEMBERS of Cleobury Mortimer GC were out in force to support the troops in the Help For Heroes stableford.
Jack Severn, now playing off a handicap of five, continued his fine form with 37 points which was enough to secure him third place.
Dave Brownhill got to grips with the conditions and also shot 37 points, as a superior back nine propelled him into second place.
At the top of the leader board was once again last weeks winner Andy Johnson, who secured back to back competition wins.
Johnson shot a very impressive 39 points to take top spot, as his hard work and practice pay off.
Coach Rob Grier said: βIt is very impressive from Andy securing back to back competition wins in the summer.β
