POCKETS savoured a memorable week as their E and D sides clinched titles in the Kidderminster Monday League Premier and Division One, respectively.
The E team won the title in style as they beat Cookley 5-0.
Wayne Dobson collected two wins while Taylor Fish had breaks of 45 and 35 in the same frame.
Andy Smith had a 47 break, while captain John Betton had a 32 in the doubles win.
The main interest now in the Premier Division is what team will be relegated.
After Workman A lost to Pockets B away from home 4-1, they were very sadly the first to be relegated and this was mainly due to the Pepperall's father-and-son team.
Son Tom won both his matches, while dad Rich knocked in a 50 break.
There are now a quartet of teams covering four points who could go down.
St Johns D are on a roll having back-to-back wins, when they beat fellow strugglers Pockets F 3-2 away from home, despite a 30 from Paul Crisp.
Pockets A eased their worries when they beat Pockets S 3-2, despite Charlie Newey’s 27 break. Cookley are the other team in relegation trouble but have played a game less.
In Division One, Pockets D took the title by beating Wribbenhall 4-1 with Andy Grose and Paul Carter winning two points each.
