Coach Dave McMahon said: "This meet was never about trying to achieve personal best times. This meet was all about challenging the swimmers to build on what they have been working on in training and applying it to racing. After a few early wobbles the swimmers settled down and one by one they rose to the challenge and swan to a quality they’ve never before reached. Unsurprisingly to the coaches this resulted in several personal best times and not a few medals. A fantastic weekend of swimming."
