POCKETS B went top of Kidderminster Snooker League Premier Division after a tough 3-2 away win at St John’s E.

They came back from 2-1 down, mainly thanks to Gareth Ward who won both his matches and Richard Pepperall’s 25 break.

Chester Road came storming back from last weeks disaster with a superb 4-1 home win, with Neil Chapman winning both his frames and making a 28 break.

Pockets E keep up the pressure on the top two after their 3-2 win over Pockets A with breaks galore, Taylor Fish 57 against Jamie Shuck who also knocked in a 25, then Danny Rees went on and had breaks of 42 and 33 in the same frame.

Jamie Shuck followed that with a 32 in the doubles.

St John’s D continued their good form with a 3-2 win over Pockets D to climb up the league.

Division One Wribbenhall are taking the division by storm and are now eight points clear of the chasing pack.

Having beaten Three Lions by five frames to nil with John Roberts winning both his frames. Pockets G won 3-2 against Pockets C.

St George’s also won 3-2 against Workmans B with both Matt Addleton and Aziz Riaz winning two points each. Workmans A won 3-2 St John’s C with Gavin Brown and Rod Thompson winning two frames each.
