BEWDLEY boss Phil Mullen says he'll have no choice but to utilise his squad for the club's hectic run-in.

Town face at least 11 games over the next three weeks as they look to get through a backlog of West Midlands Premier League fixtures.

The issue has arisen due to a a host of postponements this season because of pitch troubles at their Ribbesford Meadow home.

They finally played their first home game of the year at Ribbesford Meadow when they drew 2-2 with Dudley Sports on Tuesday night.

Bewdley raced to a 2-0 lead before missing the chance to add to their tally from the penalty spot. Relegation-threatened Sports took advantage of the lifeline to hit back and salvage a point.

That came after last Saturday's 2-1 success over Ellesmere Rangers was played at Stourport.

Mullen said: "It's going to be a tough run because we have a lot of games to fit in. We do have the players to deal with it though and I can also use the club's second team as well, which is something I have already done at times this season.

"We have some young players and this will give them the chance to show what they can do."

Bewdley are due to face Littleton in the quarter-final of the Worcester Royal Infirmary Cup tomorrow night before travelling to Wellington Amateurs this Saturday.
