Lauren turns on the style for Wyre Forest
ARCHERY: Junior members of Wyre Forest Company of Archers were in fine form at the Droitwich Archery Society promoted Double Worcester tournament held at Worcester Royal Grammar School.
Stourport High School pupil Lauren Turner was the winner of the Junior Ladies Recurve category with a total score of 371.
Freya Palmer was in even better form, but only competed in the afternoon session where she totalled 228 with 58 hits and 20 golds, which was good enough for second place, followed by sister Heike in third.
Maxine Palmer scored 193 with 58 hits and 13 golds in the afternoon session of the Ladies Recurve category.
