WORCESTER Wolves continued their winning streak with a 94-90 victory over London Lions making it 12 straight victories in all competitions.

Marek Klassen led his side with a 26-point haul as Wolves edged closer to securing a top-three finish in the British Basketball League.

Trey Zeigler added 20 with Jermel Kennedy finishing with 10 points, 10 rebounds and six assists in another fine all-round display.

Wolves made a bright start as they took control in the opening period before London took the lead in the second with a 12-2 run.

A 9-2 response put the home side back ahead and they led 46-39 at half-time.

Paul James' side pushed on in the third to increase their lead to beyond double figures as they closed on the win.

The gap was as large as 13 early in the fourth but Lions came storming back to grab an 86-85 advantage only for Wolves to hit back with a decisive 8-0 run.

Former Wolves player Kai Williams netted 20 points for Lions.
