CHURCHMAN Agnes (Nancy) Passed away peacefully on October 14th, 2018, aged 82 years, at the Alexandra Hospital with Family by her side. A Service of Celebration for Nancy's life will be held at St James the Great Church, Blakedown on Tuesday, November 6th, 2018 at 2.30 p.m., followed by Cremation at Wyre Forest Crematorium at 3.30 p.m. Family flowers only please, but donations, if desired, for Parkinson's UK c/o Edwin Harris & Sons Ltd, 1 Crane Street, Kidderminster DY11 6XT.
