SLATER Jim Of Kidderminster Passed away peacefully at Alexandra Hospital Redditch on 3rd December 2018 aged 75. Will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Funeral service to be held at Wyre Forest Crematorium on Friday 21st December at 2.30pm Family flowers only please, but donations, if desired, to the local Parkinson's Group in Kidderminster. c/o Co-operative Funeralcare Kidderminster 01562 824184
