Frederick Alfred Breakwell 'Fred' Passed away peacefully with his family present at the Alexandra Hospital, Redditch on 15th April 2019. Aged 88 years. Much loved Husband to Pat, Father to Suzanne (deceased) and Jayne and Grandad to John and Jack. Funeral Service at Wyre Forest Crematorium on Friday 10th May at 1.30 p.m., and afterwards at Ombersley Golf Club, WR9 0LE.
