DAVID WILLIAM CARMICHAEL Passed away peacefully at the Worcester Royal Hospital on Friday 16th August aged 60 years, he will be sadly missed by loving wife Jane, Son Ben, Daughter Emily, Grandaughter Mila and all of his family and friends. A funeral service will take place at Wyre Forest Crematorium on Tuesday 10th September at 1.30 pm Family flowers only please but donations if desire are for Brain Research UK c/o Edwin Harris & Son's Ltd
