KATHLEEN IVY SLY (IVY) Formerly Buthlay nee Pagett Passed away peacefully at Worcester Royal Hospital after a short illness on 24th August aged 98. Beloved wife of Gordon and mother of Kath and the late John. Much loved by family and friends. The funeral service will take place at Wyre Forest Crematorium on Monday 23rd September at 11.30. Family flowers only, donations to Midlands Air Ambulance c/o Co-operative Funeralcare.
