Fred will be starting his journey to his resting place at St. George’s church via his home at approximately 11-40 on Thursday 9th July to arrive at the church at 12-00.
Due to social distancing and Covid rules please contact Pam if not family to attend as places are limited .... Fred or mr pickles as many called him deserves a good sending off and we are sorry were unable to do what he’d and we’d like at this present time but if you’d like to wave him on his way he will leave Harris around 11-40 to go to his home Round the corner before heading towards the church .....
Fred was very hard working , always willing to help others , would put his hand to many things.. pickling, wine making , woodwork , farming and painting and decorating.. unfortunately over the past five years he wasn’t able to do these things which he enjoyed tho he did do a limited amount of pickles . He had a great sense of humor which never left him to the end..
He still on occasion managed to partake in his odd pint, so if you can’t attend please raise a glass in his memory and say cheers ... he will be missed by us always but only in body as his and our love for him will never die and be with us always..,,
Please contact Pam if you’d like to attend the graveside funeral if not family as numbers are sadly limited ...
Reunited with his beloved mother , Johnny and Bob who he missed dearly..
till we meet again cheers Fred (DaD) ❤️Xxx

We sadly say our Byes to Fred (dad) Also known as Mr Pickles on 09/07/20 at st George’s at 12-00 Due to present restrictions if not family you will need to contact Pam to see if room to attend sadly as he deserves a big send off. Although he’d been restricted over the past five years he was a real life Del Boy putting his hands to anything and always helping in supporting different charities where he could .
Fred will be leaving to start his journey to be laid to rest from his home around 11-40 on the day so if anyone who can’t attend and would like to wave him off , whilst maintaining a safe distance it would be lovely ... if not please raise a glass when you can in his memory as we all know he did like a social drink ..
a bye in body only as his spirit and our love for him will be with us Always x
