SARGENT Dr David Edward of Far Forest. Died peacefully, at home, on January 10th, 2021, aged 97. Much loved by all his family and friends. A wonderful life well Iived. Family funeral only. Memorial service when circumstances allow.

A lovely man and caring doctor. A pleasure to work with you and I can't remember how many times you retired but you always called in to the (old) surgery baring eggs. It was a pleasure knowing you. My thoughts are with your family now. Stevie Head

Our thoughts are with the family of Dr Sargent. A lovely, caring man. He was my doctor from the very day I was born until the day he retired. Never been anyone like him since. He was the doctor also for my brothers, my parents and my grandparents. Saw him a few times following his retirement. Always a pleasure to see and speak to him.
