MEREDITH Carolyn (nee Perks) Born 7 April 1942 Our beloved Carolyn sadly passed away at home in Elmley Lovett on Thursday, 18th February 2021, in the loving care of her husband Ivan. Carolyn was a wonderful and beloved wife, mum, nan, mother-in-law and friend, who will always be in our hearts and forever in our memories. A private service and cremation for immediate family. A gathering for family and friends to follow when Covid restrictions allow. Family flowers only.
