PAUL GRAHAM SMITH Jane, Caylie, Leah and Family would like to thank everyone for the love and support shown to us during this heart breaking time and those who sent such touching messages, cards and flowers. Special thanks to everyone who attended Paul's service and to BMF for sending all the vans out, what a touching tribute! Thank you to all the nursing staff especially everyone at the Queen Elizabeth Birmingham, The Millbrook Suite Kidderminster and Glynis at Stanmore House Surgery. A big thank you to Keith Boraston and Juliet Pember for giving Paul the send off that he so deserved. Finally many thanks for the kind donations received for the Manchester United Foundation xx
