Control. Negotiations over a long period of time have ensured the development contributes to a positive impact on the surrounding area maintaining the ecology of wildlife areas and the inherent character of the farmstead listed building requirements. The five diverse residences (Units 2-6) will form an attractive enclave and

together with the farmhouse represent a prime development for the area. In summary the proposal includes:-

Unit 2 (Approx 2269 sq ft) This unit will form one domestic residence and make use of the open space located around it. The unit will comprise four bedrooms to the first-floor to include one family bathroom and two en-suites and kitchen, utility, dining room and living room to the ground floor. The living room takes advantage of the full height features of the barn and retention of all the existing timber roof trusses.
