TWO shows will be held in one night at the Town Hall Comedy Club in Kidderminster.

The UK’s fastest rising comedy stars Josh Widdicombe and Seann Walsh will be road-testing their shows before they record their debut DVDs at London’s Hammersmith Apollo.

Josh Widdicombe and Seann Walsh -The Greatest Hits So Far, will see the top young comics play special sets of their best material to date giving audience members two shows of comedy for the price of one on Monday, September 9.

Josh Widdicombe has appeared on Channel Four’s The Last Leg, Stand Up For The Week and BBC1’s Live At The Apollo.

He’s had two sell out UK tours and two sell out runs at the Edinburgh Festival and was a Foster’s Edinburgh Comedy Awards Best Newcomer nominee in 2011.

Seann Walsh has been seen on Channel Four’s Stand Up For The Week, BBC1’s Live At The Apollo and Dave’s Argumental.

He also supported Stephen K Amos on his national tour.

Organiser Chris Johnson said: "Being able to attract two well established household names to Kidderminster is fantastic. It's going to be a fantastic night with a full house in at the Town Hall. Plans are already in place for 2014 where similar stature acts will be visiting the town."
