A CHRISTMAS creche has been set up in Kidderminster to help parents get on with their Christmas shopping.
Mums and dads are invited to drop their children off at the Glades Leisure Centre. The creche, organised by Wyre Forest District Council, will open from 10am until 1pm on every Saturday leading up to Christmas from this week.
It will provide kids with Christmas art, craft and play sessions and will be run by qualified and experienced creche staff. It is open to children aged two to seven.
Conservative councillor Ian Hardiman, district council cabinet member for community wellbeing, said: “This is a great opportunity for parents to get their shopping done which I know can be stressful.
“It is also great fun for the children rather than being dragged around the shops.”
