A COMMUNITY fun day is being held at a Cleobury Mortimer skate park to highlight the work of young people.
Members of the Cleobury Mortimer Youth Forum are organising the event which will include live music, tea and cakes, face painting, games and skating from 2pm on Saturday.
Local dignitaries have also been invited to attend so that they can hear local views on the skate park and community area.
Cleobury Mortimer Youth Forum is part of South Shropshire Youth Forum, a not-for-profit organisation set up to help the young people in South Shropshire.
The fun day has been organised to increase awareness of the youth forum in Cleobury Mortimer and show local people what young people are doing in the town to help the local community.
The skate park can be found behind Lacon Childe School.
