A POP-UP shop has now opened in Kidderminster to help people have a crime-free festive season.
The shop has been set up in Blackwell Street by Safer Wyre Forest and West Mercia Police and will stay open until Saturday.
Free seasonal crime prevention advice will be available for shoppers, including information on purse security and ways to keep vehicles safe over the Christmas season.
There will be an opportunity to for shoppers to chat to police and representatives of the other organisations including Worcester Regulatory Services and Hereford and Worcester Fire & Rescue.
Other organisations which will be represented include Pathways to Recovery, a free and confidential service for people experiencing issues with alcohol or substance misuse.
There will also be free health checks and a free raffle, with a prize of a festive hamper.
The shop, which is a vacant unit next to Foster’s jewellers, is part of the Swan Centre.
