RIVER levels in Bewdley are set to be the highest in 14 years, the Environment Agency has claimed.
Staff are currently increasing the demountable flood defences in Severnside North to prepare for the rising river levels.
Dave Throup, of the Environment Agency, tweeted: "More defences going up at #Bewdley Likely to be highest levels for 14 years."
The river is expected to peak between 4.6 and 4.8 metres tomorrow.
