A MEMORIAL bench for Jordan Guise, the young Kidderminster chef found dead in France after inhaling nitrous oxide, is being planned for installation in Bewdley.
Jordan’s family is holding a five-a-side football tournament at Mill Lane playing fields in Wolverley to raise funds to buy the bench.
The event on Sunday, July 6, which starts with registration at 9.30am followed by kick-off at 10am, will also include food and refreshments.
Fifteen teams of players, made up of friends of Jordan, have already signed up to participate.
Anyone interested in supporting the event by running a tombola stall, providing a bouncy castle or other fundraising idea should contact Jordan’s mother Leesa Malpass at leesajo666@gmail.com
