A KIDDERMINSTER supermarket has launched initiatives to help families during the summer holidays.
Sainsbury’s Summer Sorted campaign provides parents with different solutions on how to keep their children entertained.
As part of the campaign, the store is holding an in-store treasure hunt where families can pick up an activity pack giving children a checklist of all the characters they need to find around the store while they shop.
Alongside this initiatives, the store is also holding a swap shop where children can bring in stickers or figures that they would like to swap for something else.
The event will be held at the stores cafe between 11am and 1pm on Thursday, August 21. Drinks and biscuits will be provided.
Helen Bower, Sainsbury’s PR Ambassador, said: “Our Summer Sorted campaign has a great range of ideas to help families get the most from their summer holidays.
“It’s the first time we’ve held a campaign like this and we hope it makes it easier for our customers to have a great summer.”
