GREENFINGERED tipsters passed on words of gardening wisdom to an appreciative audience and helped raise £550 for a leading cancer charity.
The cash was raised through ticket sales and a raffle at the popular gardeners’ question time, organised by the Wyre Forest committee of Cancer Research UK.
The event, held at Kidderminster’s Stone Manor Hotel, featured an expert panel of Paul Cook, of Cook's Nurseries, Stourport, and Reg Moule, of BBC Hereford and Worcester.
