A MAN accused of failing to provide a breath test after being stopped by police and of obstructing a police officer in her duty has pleaded not guilty.
On Thursday, October 23, 38-year-old Lee Grant, of Rosebank Road, Leicester, appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on the charges which date back to October 10.
Grant also pleaded not guilty to drink driving on the same date.
District Judge Nigel Cadbury sent the case to trial at the same court for February 6 next year.
