A MAN has appeared in court charged with possessing an imitation firearm.
Michael Hyde, of Larkhill, Kidderminster, appeared before magistrates at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on Thursday, May 14, after allegedly having a BB Air pistol with him with the intent to cause fear of violence on April 9.
The case, which is indictable only, was sent to Worcester Crown Court by the bench.
The 40-year-old was released on unconditional bail to attend the court on June 29.
