A VAN was involved in a crash in Stourport late last night.

The incident, which took place just after 11.30pm on Monday (August 24) night, involved a Ford van on the A4025 Gilgal, in Stourport.

A spokesman from West Mercia Police said: "We were called to the incident just after 11.30pm last night.

"The vehicle, a white Ford van, had collided with a property in the Gilgal.

"Nobody was injured during the incident.

"On police arrival, the driver of the van had left the scene."

Firefighters were also on the scene to make the car safe and clear oil on the road, using absorbant granules.

A vehicle enquiry through gov.uk, shows the van has not been taxed since May 2015 and the vehicle's MOT has been out of date since July 31.
