A MAN charged with obstructing police just before another man fell off the roof of a house in Kidderminster has appeared in court.
Mark Reece pleaded not guilty to wilfully obstructing PCs Edwards, Stevens, Clarke and Rutherford at a house in Radford Avenue just before a 31-year-old plunged from the roof and was left fighting for his life on October 12 when he appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on Thursday, November 12.
The injured man, who was not named, was thought to be left with life-threatening injuries, but when last checked, was recovering well.
The defendant, Reece, 33, of Harold Evers Way, was granted bail to appear at the court again on January 19 for a trial.
