THE sentencing of a Kidderminster man on a robbery charge has been postponed as probation and psychiatric reports were not available.
They had been ordered by Judge Daniel Pearce-Higgins QC in the case of 26-year-old Luke Herbert-Carter, but Herbert-Carter claimed they were never passed to him at the Lion Hotel, in Worcester Street, where he lived with his wife.
At Worcester Crown Court, Judge Nicholas Cole adjourned the case until September 15 for the reports.
He granted bail to Herbert-Carter on condition he did not enter Comberton Hill or loiter around train stations.
