Fire station to throw open its doors this weekend
HADEN Cross Fire Station in Cradley Heath is inviting members of the public to attend an open day this Saturday (September 10).
The event, running from 10am to 4pm, will offer visitors chance to meet their local firefighters and have a look round the station in Halesowen Road.
There will also be a charity raffle, chip pan fire and technical rescue demonstrations and martial arts displays.
People will also be able to book free safe and well safety checks.
