A KIDDERMINSTER man has been slapped with a Criminal Behaviour Order preventing him causing violence and distress to others.
Michael John Ash, of Brinton Crescent, was handed the order on January 5, and it will last until January 4, 2020.
A spokesman from West Mercia Police said that Mr Ash is known to cause violence and distress to others after drinking.
The Criminal Behaviour Order prevents the 34-year-old from entering any public houses in Bewdley between the hours of 7pm and 7am on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sunday and Bank Holiday Mondays.
It also prevents him from behaving in an aggressive, threatening or intimidating manner, and behaving in any way that causes alarm, harassment or distress.
